Scope of Works

This project embraces 3 quite separate buildings, each requiring its own level of refurbishment skills.

In Building 1, the ground, 2nd and 3rd floors were stripped of all existing finishes and services.

On the ground floor a large new reception was formed, and a gymnasium.

Ridge Interiors were responsible for:

• Armstrong Dune Mineral Fibre Suspended Ceilings to the Office areas.


• Armstrong Orcal Metal Ceilings to the Spray Booths.


• Installation of the IPS Toilet Systems.
