Scope of Works

50 Pall Mall is a 7 storey building surrounded on 3 sides by other buildings and lightwells. It was the subject of a retained façade re-development in 1995.

The works comprised the stripping out to shell and core and refitting to Cat A standard which included the structural extension of floors 2-7 within the existing atrium.

The scope of works for Ridge Interiors included new Ceilings and Partitions.

The Cat 'A' works were completed to a high standard as befit a building in this prime location.
