Scope of Works

Hollybrook converted the Trebor Sweet Factory into a scheme of 65 spacious live/work apartments.

Ridge Interiors carried out the sub division of the existing base build factory, this was achieved by utilising high performance separating walls and subsequent Interior Fit-Out including Partitioning and Ceilings.

Ridge Interiors upgraded the existing fabric of the building to achieve modern standards of thermal and acoustic requirements
