Just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Courts of Justice, Chancery Lane was once home to law firms and barristers, and now attracts a new generation of professionals, who want to put their own stamp on the area.
The project by Orms Architects to refurbish 79-86 Chancery Lane, which was overseen by Chorus Group, involved the careful restoration of the original Victorian façade and complete modernisation of the interior which now provides modern BREEAM rated 50,000sq.ft.
The building provides excellent office space, retail units on street level and a number of private flats.
Ridge Interiors were instructed by the Chorus Group to complete the internal fit out, including, Dry Lining, Partitions, Passive Fire Protection, SAS Metal Suspended Ceilings and Plasterboard Margins.
