Sea Containers House is an approximately 280,000 square foot office building centrally located on the South Bank of the River Thames, close to many cultural attractions as well as business hubs. The owner of Sea Containers has successfully renovated the building into a mixed-use development to include a 360-room Mondrian hotel and 280,000 square feet of prime office space. The hotel has an innovative restaurant and both a ground floor bar and rooftop bar.
Ridge Interiors were instructed by the Byrne Group to work in conjunction with the Architects TP Bennett.
We installed the Dry lining, Suspended Ceilings, External Metsec SFS, and Lift Core Fit Out including Stone work to Lift Door Reveals.
The summary of our works undertaken covered the following areas on this major refurbishment:
The Ground floor Reception including a copper clad hall feature area, Restaurant, Private Dining area fit-out, Bar areas, Reception Lobby, Lounge and Show Kitchen. Ridge also carried out the Roof top bar fit out. The WC fit out from basement to ground floor (front and back of House) Fit out of a Private Cinema, Meeting Rooms, break out area and Kitchen.
