This century old Grade II listed building, is being redeveloped by Dixon Jones for APML Estate as a mixed use building with residential apartments that have an ideal relationship to Knightsbridge. Occupying a whole block length in Knightsbridge, the façade was refurbished, and the roofscape reinstated. A new structure was inserted behind the house for new high quality mixed use accommodation including luxury apartments.

 

Detailed design of the project has been completed with

Dixon Jones as lead consultant in a broad team of specialists, including Richard Griffiths as conservation architects.
